The wait staff are awesome! Incredible service! All servers stop by at some point or another to see if you need anything and make sure you are taken care of. In most places that process would seem chaotic, but not here. The food was awesome! My husband had the chicken fried steak and it is absolutely one of the best he has had. The mashed potatoes that came with it are homemade and the gravy was delish!. The portions are generous. We thought it was fantastic that they doubled the size of the restaurant and the design/atmosphere is great! To tell the truth we liked it so much we went back the next day for lunch!
First time there, went to listen to some music. The food was excellent, the band was excellent too. The restaurant was packed and I can see why, good food and good music (The Double B Duo)and good service as well.
We really enjoyed The Ranch this evening. We had Southwest Egg Rolls as an appetizer; they were excellent! We followed that with a wedge salad and a Caesar. They were very good, as well. The staff was attentive and friendly. The skinny margarita was great and my husband enjoyed his cold draft beer. Additionally, the live music was enjoyable. Can't wait to come back!
Just ate here for the first time today. Knew they did live music nightly but decided to stop for lunch after an eye doctor visit. Beautiful place. Just the type of look you want from a bar and grill called the ranch. We had two waitresses today because “Skye” was being trained. Super pleasant folks. The food was great. My wife had a salmon Cesar salad and I had the pastrami Reuben with onion rings. Really great onion rings and the sandwich was really good too. The wife loved her salad. Definitely will be coming back for the atmosphere and the friendly staff.
Stumbled on this fabulous place! Were out looking at neighborhoods (snowbird stuff) and round ‘bout 4 pm we wanted a light snack. I spied this gem and we are so glad! Every last one of the servers came and checked on us at our table. We sat outside. The music was just the right noise level and the TVs were great. We had a dozen wings with two different toppings and let me suggest the sweet chili wings as well as BBQ! 💚💙 Highly recommend!
We struck GOLD when we located The Ranch Bar & Grill to host the informal March Muttness 2026 Championship Round Watch Party for the Humane Society of Southern Arizona (HSSA). On a fast 24 hour notice we were accommodated by Suzanne, the wonderful owner, and Jenifer, the GM even when we didn’t have a final guest count and had Hector from KVOA-TV filming interviews. What a fun, fun, time we all had !!!!! Even Andy Hersey, a darling C&W guitarist and singer/songwriter, helped announce our progress through the on-line competition to the delightful patrons on March 31st. The venue was perfection as we were in the south covered “dog friendly” patio and the extraordinary kindness that was present from the wait staff, patrons, and the gracious owners allowed us to raise $38,000 in HSSA’s First Ever March Muttness Championship Round and $80,000 in total !!!!. This is a milestone we have never reached before—and it happened because of all of our supporters and to the beautiful people we met at “The Ranch Bar and Grill” – they really rallied to support the local pets in the care of the HSSA! The lobster and crab cakes were delicious too! We will definitely be back for future 2027 March Muttness Tournament Watch Parties, nights out, and to enjoy our new friend Andy’s music as he is definitely a crowd favorite. Thank you again Suzanne for your kindness, generous donation & those from The Ranch hero patrons, and showing us a really great time!! We are truly grateful for all of your hospitality and kindness – you are doing a terrific job at The Ranch – our new favorite place!
I am beyond pleased with my experience at the Ranch Bar. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating for our large party and made us feel welcome. Our food and drinks were delicious and came out quickly. Our checks were organized and split accurately, and were ready in a timely manor. Our group celebrated a birthday this evening and Mama Coal, the very talented live singer, came to our table to sing Happy Birthday with us to our dear friend. It was a very special experience. We will definitely be back!
The Ranch is a fun country restaurant/bar that is great for the whole family! Live music every night and great food! We've been twice already! I was a little bummed that they were out of mozzarella sticks and the French Dip the last time we visited but still had good food even though it wasn't our 1st choice.
Ranch Bar & Grill delivers exactly what you want from a classic ranch-style joint: huge portions, great flavors, and an incredible experience. We started with the appetizers, and they were seriously impressive—the fried pickles were perfect, and the pretzels with beer cheese were a huge hit. For the mains, the prime rib was cooked perfectly to order and was incredibly juicy, and the reuben sandwich was totally authentic and incredibly tasty. For a side, the mac and cheese had great flavor and was the perfect comfort food. To top it off, they have a ton of great options for draft beer that is always served ice cold, and the espresso martini cocktail was easily the best we have ever had. The live music was also a really nice touch that added to the great atmosphere. What really stood out was the service. It was awesome; multiple servers tag-teamed our table to make sure we were taken care of, even during a busy rush. Great spot for a hearty dinner!
Tucson, where was this hiding? Great steak, great appetizers , full bar and live music. This hidden gem is on tanque verde and catalina highway(NE corner). Ordered oysters, calamari and veggies with a delightful honey dip. So so good. Ordered steaks( cooked to perfection), burgers are huge and very tasty. sides were baked potato, green beans, asparagus. This place is incredible. Service was top notch, the entire wait staff all helped each other and were so attentive, professional and were so full of life. Kurt and Melissa were entertaining by singing. WOW what voices they have. Tucson a must try... And the creme brule and German chocolate cake were amazing Guru
